Delivery

Most items are made to order but we  do aim to despatch your order as soon as possible, usually between 2 to 3 working days of receiving. During busy periods and holiday times we will inform you as soon as possible if there is going to be a delay to your delivery.

Orders are shipped by Royal Mail UK Standard Delivery – Untracked – with Estimated delivery 4-6 working days.

We currently charge £3.99 for postage and packaging, however if you live local to us (KY1, KY2 areas) then you will see a free shipping option appear in the checkout once you have typed in your address and postcode.

 

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the items in their original condition within 10 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge), or exchange the item if preferred.

Faulty items can be returned within 60 days for a full refund (including original delivery charge and cost of returning the item)
