We are committed to protecting your privacy in a fair and equitable manner and we will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. The information we collect about you enables us to process your order and provide you with the best service possible. We only send promotional emails with your permission and do not pass your details onto third parties.

We will not send any unsolicited commercial email (also known as spam) to any email addresses and we have made a decision not to send out any newsletters.

We will need to collect the following information to process and fulfill your order, and to notify where applicable the status of your order: * your name * address * phone number * email address

We only require your phone number to contact you if a problem arises with your order.

Out store is PCI DSS compliant and is regularly audited. We do not store your credit card within our shop, but you may choose to save you card details for your convenience with our secure payment provider at Shopify Shoppay.

Security

Our whole store is secured by SSL, not just the checkout pages. Google is pushing for all stores to have a “sitewide” SSL certificate and we agree that it will make the internet a safer place for online shoppers. This means you can browse our store with confidence.

Cookies

Sending us an email

We are happy to answer any general, or technical queries via email, including, but not limited to: Stock levels, delivery due dates. However, we do NOT accept marketing or SEO emails of any kind.

 

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

 

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
