Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Balsa Blue. Everything we sell is designed and handmade in Fife, Scotland, so a little care goes into every order before it reaches you.

Where we ship We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping costs Standard UK delivery is a flat rate of £4.99 per order. Orders over £50 qualify for free UK shipping — this is applied automatically at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery times As our pieces are handmade, orders are typically dispatched within [1–3] working days. Once posted, UK delivery usually takes a further [3–5] working days via [Royal Mail]. Please allow a little extra time during busy periods and around public holidays.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Tracking If you have selected express postage, A tracking number will be included in your dispatch email.  Standard orders are sent without tracking; please get in touch if your order hasn't arrived within [10] working days.

Delayed or lost parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at [your email] and we'll do everything we can to help. We can't be responsible for delays caused by the postal service or for incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout, so please double-check your details before ordering.
